2. Vehicle Purchases and Importing Services
SkySun Limited offers vehicle importing services for used cars from Japan. All vehicles are subject to availability and market conditions. Our team will work to meet customer requests for specific makes, models, and features, but we cannot guarantee availability. Vehicle specifications, condition, and price are confirmed prior to purchase.
3. Delivery Policy
We offer free delivery for vehicles within 100 miles of our yard. For locations beyond this radius, additional delivery fees may apply, which will be communicated in advance. Delivery timelines for custom imports from Japan are typically between 6 to 8 weeks, subject to shipping schedules and customs processes. SkySun Limited is not responsible for delays outside of our control.
4. Inspection and MOT
All vehicles sold by SkySun Limited undergo a thorough inspection by our certified vehicle specialists. Vehicles come with a minimum of 6 months MOT, but we do not guarantee that no additional maintenance will be required after delivery. SkySun Limited is not liable for any post-purchase repairs or maintenance unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.
5. Payment Terms
Payments for vehicles and services must be completed as per the agreed terms at the time of purchase. SkySun Limited reserves the right to withhold delivery until full payment has been received. Any additional costs, including delivery charges outside the free delivery area, must also be paid before the vehicle is released.
6. Refunds and Cancellations
Once a vehicle order has been confirmed, cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee. Refunds may only be issued under certain circumstances, and SkySun Limited reserves the right to evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Custom-ordered imports cannot be canceled or refunded after the procurement process has begun.
7. Vehicle Warranty and Liability
SkySun Limited provides no warranty on used vehicles beyond the 6 months MOT included, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We are not liable for any loss, damage, or expense arising from vehicle use or ownership, except as required by law.
